We also had a chance to visit the Cedar City Farmer's Market this week. It is held in the parking lot behind the Pastry Pub every Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. It was bustling with activity and people were lined up at several of the booths to buy locally grown fresh produce, much of which was grown without pesticides. If you go, be sure to get there early for a good selection! While there, we picked up the following flyer offering some great classes on preparedness:
