Food For Thought:

For those of you who have someone in your family who is gluten sensitive, we have discovered that our local health food store, Sunshine Nutrition, carries a gluten-free alternative grain called "Sorghum" which is available as flour or whole grain.  You can order 25 lb. sacks for a little over $1.00 a pound also.  If you are interested in ordering the bulk quantity, talk to Maureen before 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday.
